In this paper, the stability analysis and fuzzy stabilizing controller design for fuzzy singular systems with interval time-varying delay have been discussed. Based on improved delay partitioning method, new stability criteria for unforced fuzzy singular systems have been established. Then, the explicit expression of the desired fuzzy controller gains are also presented. All the obtained results reported in this paper are formulated in terms of strict LMIs, which can be readily solved using standard numerical software.

Some numerical examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods. All authors contributed equally and significantly in writing this manuscript.
